Our heated classes are designed to feel cozy and energizing, not scorching. The room is typically kept around 80–90°F, a gentle warmth that supports movement and breath without feeling overwhelming.
Our space has a personality of its own: cinder block walls, a polished concrete floor, and a big garage door that connects us to the outdoors. These materials hold and release heat differently (that’s the magic of thermal mass!), which means the studio’s temperature can shift a bit with the seasons.
On chilly days, it may feel a touch cooler as the room warms up.
On hot summer days, it naturally stays a bit warmer and grounded.
We do our best to keep things balanced, but we also invite you to flow with the rhythm of the space ~ it’s part of the charm that makes practicing here so special!
If checking out with a Local Drop-in or GC Resident One Month, you must bring proof of residency. You will be charged the difference if proof of residency is not provided.

The desert does not change its winds in order to suit its dwellers. We urge you to dance, move, and sweat; through an expansive and uninfluenced practice. Our Yoga
Desert Power Yoga was founded with the intention of providing wellness classes to all, regardless of the student’s yoga experience. We are excited to bring Hot Yoga, Barre, Buti® Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, and Reiki classes to Moab!
