Labyrinth of Sacred Sounds : Vibrational Healing

This blissful session will transport you to a world of pure relaxation: incorporating the use of The Swiss Resonance Monochord Table, Columns of Sound, Gongs, Singing Bowls and more.

"Feeling tones so deeply that you become the music itself." Since ancient times, and across the world, rhythms and sounds have been used for healing.

Annette received her doctorate from the California Institute of Integral Studies, Department of Consciousness and Transformation- where she studied the transformational power of sound. Her research included the monochord table. She studied techniques in sound healing with Fabien Maman, at the Academy of Sound, Color and Movement in France.



Family Yoga w/ Courtney Reese Hill

We would like to invite parents / caregivers/ guardians, and children of all ages, to attend Family Yoga. This class is donation based, in an effort to eliminate financial stress or barriers. We ask that all children be accompanied by an adult, and all adults be accompanied by a child.

What to expect:

Sounds! Children of ALL ages are welcome. There may be crying, talking, movement, screaming, and running from the children. Infants may be seated in a carrier, and older children may like to try out some yoga poses.

Movement! We will move through yoga poses that are accessible for every body (kids included). Kids are invited to move around, and explore their space.

Compassion! This class is designed to give adults the opportunity to practice yoga without having to worry about childcare. This is a judgement free & relaxed environment.

Playing! If your child may enjoy coloring with crayons, hand pushed cars, blocks, etc - bring them along! Please keep battery operated/noise-making toys at home.

There are no babysitters or childcare. You are responsible for your child during class. They are welcome to move about the studio and explore the yoga space. Remember to tend to your child throughout class. Please be respectful of other students in the class, and the studio space itself.

Essential Oil Roller and Meditation Workshop

Join us in this hands-on workshop where we’ll craft personalized essential oil rollers to help with relaxation and headache relief. We will blend lavender and peppermint essential oils, known for their soothing and pain-relieving properties, into convenient rollers that you can take with you anywhere. After we craft our rollers we will relax on mats and enjoy a self love meditation and long savasana.

Each roller will include:

• Lavender Oil: Promotes calmness, helps ease anxiety, and supports better sleep.
• Peppermint Oil: Known to relieve headaches, uplift the mind, and reduce tension.

You’ll also have the option to add rose quartz crystals for their calming energy and dried lavender botanicals for an added touch of nature.


Not So Basic Arm Balances

Join Sam Metzner in exploring the not so basic basics of arm balances! This workshop is appropriate for anyone wishing to deepen their asana practice in the exploration of arm balances, regardless of experience! We will go over the anatomy of arm balances, the building blocks of strengthening and stability in arm balances as well as common misalignments. We will explore postures such as bakasana (crow pose) and it's variations as well as many other arm balances and their transitions. Come ready to play!

Join us on Saturday December 21st at 7am for 108 Sun Salutations as we welcome Winter! This practice is challenging but also incredibly rewarding. We structure it with 4 sets of 27 Salutations with small breaks in between.


WHY 108 SUN SALUTATIONS?
A moving meditation practiced worldwide on the solstice, this practice connects us to the energy of the sun, to our deeper selves, and to the collective. As your body is in motion, you'll find a rhythm within yourself that you may have not noticed before.



Winter Solstice Mala Workshop

Join Crystal for a Winter Solstice Mala Workshop as we set our intentions, make a personal mala, and end with a group meditation.

Malas — also known as yoga beads or japamalas — are necklaces that usually have 108 beads. Mala, Sanskrit for “garland,” is often used to enhance spiritual practice. You may see people use malas while practicing yoga and meditation.

New Years Eve Warm Vinyasa

Join Courtney in this donation based, all-levels Warm Vinyasa Flow, as we set our intentions for a new year.

Come enjoy a specially themed New Years Eve practice all about tuning in, feeling good, and restoring for the New Year. Class will involve a burn ceremony, goal-setting journaling, and a vinyasa flow practice. 

Throughout class, we will focus on inviting in our intentions for the new year, and letting go of things we are leaving behind. We will concentrate on goals and gratitude to invite in a bright and new year! Bring a water bottle, mat, pen/pencil and journal (or paper).


Yoga in the Vineyards

With notes of relaxation and picturesque outdoor views, this outdoor yoga class pairs perfectly with a wine tasting by Spanish Valley Vineyards & Winery. Join us as we move through this all-levels yoga class, with focus on stretching and connection with nature. Set against the stunning background of the La Sal mountain range, the Spanish Valley Vineyards is nestled in a green oasis, surrounded by grape vines, grass & views of the Moab Rim. Join us for an all-levels yoga class from 5-6pm, and a wine tasting from 6-7pm. 


Downward Dog for a Cause : Puppy Yoga

We've partnered with Underdog Rescue to bring Puppy Yoga to the Moab Community. This class is entirely donation based, with a portion of donations benefitting the sweet pups at Underdog Rescue. Donations will be used to spay/neuter and provide vaccinations to the pups. All classes are all-levels.

Restorative Aerial + Meditative Sound Bath

Join Crystal as she guides you through breathwork and gentle movement to release tension and emotions stored in the body. As the body settles into each pose you will enjoy floating in the aerial hammock while the healing sounds provided will guide your spirit effortlessly into a place of calmness and slowing down. This is a by-donation led practice happening once a month for students looking to advance their asana practice by practicing bigger poses such as arm balances, inversions, and various backbends. Community Yoga, donation-based class

Saturdays, 9 am

Soak up the support that the universe has to offer with this class designed for all levels. Connecting with a sense of community, this class will provide space for thoughtful movement, breath and reflection. Teachers will offer modifications to common poses, while also encouraging students to safely achieve moderate poses. Community Yoga provides a safe, non-competitive environment that creates an ideal class for every body.
