People of Marginalized Populations Scholarship (1 recipient)

Desert Power Yoga recognizes the structural and institutional barriers that lie within the self-care, wellness, and yoga communities. We understand that these barriers prevent people of marginalized populations from achieving their potential within the wellness and yoga community. We are committed to removing financial barriers to yoga education in order to make yoga more accessible and the teaching more representative. We are offering one full scholarship for our Winter Yoga Teacher Training. Applications are due November 22, 2021. You will be notified via email once the scholarship decision has been made (no later than December 6). The scholarship covers only the cost of the teacher training, and does not include required textbooks.
